The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Lucky Seven website.
All product prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. If you are unsure about anything you see on the site, please contact one of the Lucky Seven team.
Lucky Seven delivers worldwide. All orders request a signature on delivery. Please see our shipping page for further information about shipping charges.

All of our caps are made to order and despatched within 48 hours of receipt, therefore if you would like to change your order, we need notification by email within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot accept any returned caps unless the cap is faulty. Please see full details on our returns and refund process on our returns and refunds page.
In the event of a faulty cap being returned, it must be unused and in the same condition as when originally despatched from Lucky Seven Ltd.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and if we agree the cap is faulty, your postage costs will be reimbursed and a new cap made and despatched at no extra charge. If a refund is required, this will be made to the account from which payment was made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Lucky Seven Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse an order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Lucky Seven Ltd.
